We support state agencies and school districts who want to improve English Learner outcomes by providing tailored professional development, consulting, and coaching. Founded by a former EL teacher and EL district administrator, Mary DeSimone is passionately dedicated to empowering other educators navigating the unique challenges of English Language instruction. We've been where you are and understand the landscape from a firsthand perspective.
